  • How do I place an order?

 

Click "Buy Now" button placed on right-hand side of any deal page and simple follow the process.

  • How do I sign up?

 

You can sign up on our website by clicking the “Sign up” button and fill out the necessary details as per the given form and click “Register” to complete your registration. You will receive a link on your given email address which will help you activate your account.

Subsequently, you may also use your Facebook ID to login.

  • How much time will it take to deliver the voucher after the order is placed?

 

Voucher will b delivered in 24 to 48 hours.

  • How can we pay?

 

Simply pay cash to our rider when he comes to deliver the voucher.

  • What are the delivery timings?

 

Our delivery timings are between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday till Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are off.

  • When is the product delivered?

 

The product is delivered as per the delivery date mentioned on the deal page and the voucher delivered to you. In case of any delays due to unforeseen events we inform our customers of the delay and communicate the next possible date for delivery.

  • What are your refund policies?

 

Refunds are only provided to customers if there is a genuine problem with the delivered product/service. Every complaint is thoroughly investigated to ensure its authenticity and upon confirmation a refund is authorized as soon as possible.

For service based deals, no refunds are applicable after the expiry of the redemption period.

For product deals, a refund is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to quality or finishing issues.

  • Are there any hidden or additional charges for product deliveries?

 

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any product delivery. All charges are communicated to the customer on order confirmation call.

  • What are the exchange policies of Dealtoday?

 

We do not have an exchange policy. However defective products are replaced after carefully examining the product, if it is returned unused in its original packing. However if the product is found damaged due to negligence then an exchange is not possible.

You can subscribe to Deal today by clicking on the Subscribe button on our website and filling out the necessary details. It only takes a minute and is a one-time requirement.

  • What happens if my voucher is lost?

 

Go to "My Orders" and click "Reprint".

  • How can we decline an order?

 

Go to "My Orders" and click "Decline"

  • Money Back Guarantee Clause?

 

If you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, you have the right to claim a product exchange or refund within 3 days of the product being delivered. If the product is faulty or broken, it shall be replaced with a new one in proper working condition. If an exchange is not possible, the full amount will be credited to your Dealtoday's account which can be adjusted against any other purchase in the future. No refund will be applicable if the request is not made within 3 days of the product being delivered.

  • What is meant by Credit and Decline?

If you wish to decline your current/existing order then we offer a “Credit and Decline” option to our customers. Once we decline your recent/current order, we refund your balance amount as credit into your Dealtoday account. Now whenever you purchase a new deal from our website, you can request to adjust the previous balance with the new order.
