1. No customer will be entertained before or after the validity period. If there is a change in the redemption cycle or an extension, the same shall be communicated via email to all deal customers.
2. In case of service based deals the appointment or booking/table reservation is the responsibility of the customer. Customers should make their reservations at least 24 hours in advance before the desired date of visit for dine in deals and as soon as they receive the voucher for salon, dental and any other service based deals, to avoid any inconvenience.
3. In case of product based deals, the product is delivered as per the delivery cycle mentioned on the deal page. In case of any delays due to unforeseen events we inform our customers of the delay and communicate the next possible date for delivery. In case of any such delays we would request your understanding and cooperation for factors not in our control.
4. Please carefully select the correct size, color and design of the package/product when placing your order. Most orders are custom made and once sent for production the size, color and design cannot be changed.
5. Orders will be put on hold at customer's request for a maximum period of 2 days.
6. The order will be declined after two attempts have been made by the rider.
7. Vouchers for Karachi orders will be delivered within 24 hours, for Lahore & Islamabad orders within 48 hours and for Nationwide orders within 72 hours or as per the schedule of the courier partner for remote areas.
8. Our delivery timings are between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday till Saturday.
9. If the voucher is misplaced by the customer, they have the option of printing the duplicate voucher from their account area on the website.
10. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s) delivered to you or the product is faulty or broken, it shall be replaced with a new one in proper working condition after inspection, upon intimation to customer services. The intimation must be made within 24 hours of the product being delivered. No claims will be entertained after expiry of said period. Please note that product collection, inspection and replacement will take due time owing to the city you reside in. If an exchange is not possible, then the amount will be credited to your Dealtoday account.

12. Customers have the option to decline their orders and avail Credit & Decline facility till the last day of the deals validity date only for service based deals. For product based deals, Credit & Decline facility will only be entertained if the order has not gone into production.
13. Refunds/Credit & Decline are only provided if there is a genuine problem with the delivered product/service and no replacement/resolution is possible. Every complaint is thoroughly investigated to ensure its authenticity and upon confirmation a full refund is authorized. In case of refund, the full amount will be credited to your Dealtoday account which may be adjusted against any other purchase in the future.
14. A Refund/Credit & Decline is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to quality or finishing issues and/or the service is found to be unsatisfactory. The request has to be made within 24 hours of the product being delivered and/or the service being availed. No claims will be entertained after expiry of said period.
